Director's Message

Dear Libertas Families,

December was a joyful month at Libertas Academy, filled with celebration, community, and holiday spirit. Our Candlelight & Carols evening was one of the highlights of the season - our K-2 students performed beautifully, families gathered together, and the campus glowed with warmth, music, and laughter.

Students also enjoyed our Holiday Dress-Up Week, bringing festive fun to every hallway. From cozy sweaters to creative character days, the excitement and school spirit were felt all week long.

It was a wonderful way to close out the year, and we're grateful for each of our families who help make Libertas such a special place. We hope you have a happy holiday season and we look forward to welcoming our students back in January!

Go Patriots!

1st Grade Celebration of Learning (Early World Civilizations)

Our first graders wrapped up Domain 4 with an exciting celebration of Early World Civilizations! Students created and wore their own Pharaoh-inspired wardrobe pieces, looking absolutely royal! They also wrote their names in clay using cuneiform, one of the world's earliest writing systems. And just like the real archaeologists, students excavated Ancient Egyptian artifacts, uncovering hidden treasures and clues about the past. We loved having parents join us as we celebrated all the hard work, creativity, and curiosity our first graders showed throughout this domain!
